The old Java Hierarchy API needs to be deprecated
for 4.1.

We will also need to make sure the other modules are migrated to JMI.
Currently the following packages in the standard NB distribution use
the old src hierarchy:
o.n.m.i18n.java
o.n.m.form
o.n.m.debugger.projects
o.n.m.beans
o.n.m.apisupport.lite
o.n.m.javadoc
o.o.explorer.propertysheet.editor
o.o.cookies

In Nb6 all is retouche-based, isn't it? And o.o.src has already been removed, right? So we can close this, can't we?
