When the java editor property
"Compound Bracket on Next Line" was set to true, the initComponents() method got
the opening bracket on the next line, as expected.  But none of the opening
brackets elsewhere in the generated code appeared on the next line.  It looks
like it works sometimes, but not consistently.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
