After installing the VBuilder portion of the 
Nuance Application Environment 
(http://www.nuance.com/prodserv/nae.html), when I 
tried to create a new project directory, I got an 
error, and exception and finally, an unexpected 
exception, which stated:

org.openide.filesystems.FileStateInvalidException 
has occurred.  Please report this at 
http://www.netbeans.org/devhome/issues.html, 
including a copy of your ide.log file as an 
attachment.

Nuance VBuilder is installed and running without 
exception on two other PCs here where I work.  We 
uninstalled and then reinstalled VBuilder on my 
PC and still get the exception.

We have opened tickets with Nuance and our 
internal HelpDesk people.
