I've built a module using the cluster build
harness. I've tried my module and because of some
errors I tried to change my settings file. After
re-installation my log shows the same error with
the content from the old settings file. It seems,
the old layer data is used.
I'll now delete my config directory :-(

If you want to clear old settings data, do so - either in the GUI
where possible (Tools -> Options, magic << column), or on disk
(appropriate files under config/ - no need to delete the whole dir).

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
