build 041104

1. have an EJB project
2. add and commit project to CVS
3. close project
4. move project to another location
5. open project
6. close project
7. move project back to original location

-at this point IDE shows this error message dialog:
"WEB-INF directory can not be found. It may have
been removed or renamed"

I could not reproduce this issue with a recent trunk build.
