Invoke Service configuration window - for example, for an `empty` class set executor property to Servlet/JSP Execution. Execute the class.

Service configuration window appears. The first item of the list of executors is highlighted, but internally the Servlet/JSP Executor is selected (push OK, Service configuration window appears again,
because the class is still executed by Servlet/JSP Executor).
The selection is OK after selecting another item (it means, the selected and the highlighted item is the same).

The same problem occurs when the Service configuration window appears after start of debugger.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
