Creating javadoc from menu for the main project 
led to a repeating NullPointerException which i 
only could stop by closing the IDE.

I changed the priority of this issue to P2, because i currently 
cannot work on with this version of NetBeans IDE, since each time i 
started the IDE the javadoc tab and it's corresponding javadoc task 
for the main project is present and active, and due to the bug 
described in this issue i'm not able to close the main project or do 
anything else than to close the IDE again.

Read Jan Chalupa's comments in issue #49249 how to workaround this.
