When shutting down, I get the dialog that says it
is doing initial parsing of classpath, then I get
an exception that tells me to send y'all the log
file from var/log.

I saw a lot of exceptions coming from mdr in the log. Please pass
further if I chose wrong subcomponent, thanks.

The storage was badly corrupted. We fixed a lot of issues concerning
storage inconsistencies causing this type of exceptions. So this issue
should be fixed.
