Description emcmanus 2004-10-19 15:02:31 UTC
This is with 4.0 beta 2 on Solaris with J2SE 5.0.
I had just started editing an existing project and
had opened a file within it, when the GUI locked
up. kill -QUIT detects a deadlock between the
thread "Default RequestProcessor" which is holding
a BtreeDatabase and attempting to lock a
BtreeStorage, and the thread "AWT-EventQueue-1"
which is the opposite. The stack trace including
detected deadlock is attached.

This deadlock was fixed some time ago. You can download the recent
q-build to get rid of it.
