NetBeans 4.0beta2 on JDK 1.5.  Running Midnight 
Cookies tutorial web app.  Followed steps in 
tutorial, when running the built webapp, the 
embedded tomcat 5 server starts ok, SwingBrowser 
fails, messages.log attached.

The Duplicate pair SwingBrowser exception is caused by Beta2 bug (see
issue 48590 for workaround). It has been fixed in main trunk.
