Recommendation: To add this menu item into
appropriate section in Window menu. It means that
section which contains Close Window action and
Maximize Window action

name of the action should be Minimize (result of talks with Hie-Dusan I think)
There's still the Restore dilemma but I think Dunas mentioned teh solution in
one of the bugs. I can;t find it now though.

there already is 'minimize' action in the main window menu in 7.1
