I`m not completely sure this is germane to your problem, but I have found all kinds of weirdness that occurs when you initiate a compile or build from a node in your repository structure that isn`t
in a classpath-root-mounted tree.

For example, when you first bring up forte4j, the "Pgms/forte4j/Development" folder is mounted. When I compile or build "examples" from the folder under this mount point I never have problems. But if
I also (or only) have a mount for "Pgms" (two levels above "Development", then go to compile all or build all for "Development, I get strange errors: sometimes "class already defined"; sometimes "file
i/o error"; sometimes "can`t write" messages. It`s not completely consistent which actions give errors or which errors, but if I try enough permutations of compiling/cleaning/building pattern from su
ch a mount point I`ll start seeing errors.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
