When I click on a link on welcome page under New 
Project or Sample project I get an error 
message: java.lang.IllegalStateException 
It seems to have something to do with the 
browser module. 
I have added the FireFox borwser. 
Could be related to that ?

After I removed the entry for FireFox problem is gone.

I guess this happened in beta1 or in some older build. If not provide
more info.

Sorry for confusion, beta2 does not contain the fix of bug 48590
either. So it is ok if the bug is in beta2, it is however fixed in trunk.
