There aren't shortcuts for any of refactoring actions
And the refactoring actions aren't even in Actions
so I cannot create my own shortcut for it.

AFAIK we will provide shortcuts for Rename and Move Class. Honzo,
could we make the refactoring actions appear in Actions?

Dusan sent me this shortcuts:
Rename... Alt+Shift+R
Move Class... Alt+Shift+V

I hope they are final.
