NetBeans IDE 200409100847 on java 1.5.0-rc-b63 on
Java Desktop System 2

1, Start IDE with clean userdir
2, Open Tools|Options -> Source Creation and
Management|Templates|Java GUI Forms
3, Try to expand some form template =>
IllegalStateExcdption is thrown
