When trying to access advanced version of the CVS
checkout command via pressing CTRL and selecting
"CVS global checkout", the IDE simply ignores the
CTRL keyboard and always brings up the basic
version of the dialog. For me the major feature of
versioning system is broken.

Also quite bad is the fact that one cannot set
whether he/she wants to use the advanced versions
of the dialogs for the global CVS actions in
options/settings.

This is actually a duplicate of issue #48641. This looks like some
regression, because it used to work AFAIK.
