In some debug subwins, at least using psedudo
localized labels/msgs of nb4, the column of a
window that has a Name value, like watch window,
first shows as Root, until its clicked in

and this word Root does not come from bundle file,
or if it does, does not show from that file
(or until window refreshed)

Reproducable, column name changes to "Root" if one switches out and 
back into the view. Clicking on the header sets its correct name.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
