If an Explorer window is loaded on start-up and user clicks on "Open Explorer" button or uses File->Open Explorer menu or presses CTRL-O, it duplicates Desktop and Javadoc tabs in this Explorer wind
ow.
This Explorer window with duplicated tabs appears on the next start-up too, if you close the application with opened Explorer window before.
