Add the Enable Dynamic Attributes checkbox to
enable working with dynamic attributes :

- tag handler class should implement the
DynamicAttributes interface and generate the
setDynamicAttribute() method if checkbox is selected

Note:
Dunamic attributes were introduced in JSP2.0

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
