The working directory for the profiled 
application can be set the same way as it is used 
for execution, but it does not reliably work in 
profiling.

Fixed, will be available in Milestone 2 release due in 1-2 days.
There is now a special "working directory" field both in global and
custom configuration profiler settings.

Reverting to the original Target Milestone value changed by mistake. Sorry for
