1. Open usersguide as a project (or mount it as a
Favorite).
2. Right-click build.xml and choose Run Target |
check-javahelp

The errors that are reported link to 
$PROJECT%\usersguide\build\javahelp\org\netbeans\modules\usersguide\ide-toc.xml

instead of
E:\nbtrunk\usersguide\javahelp\org\netbeans\modules\usersguide\ide-toc.xml:
invalid map ID: run.locale 

This makes the links useless and misleading

Yes, I know. (I even warned you about this some time ago; maybe you
forgot.) Fixable though I don't have time for it right now.

I don't know, maybe Ruda just wanted to reduce the defect count in nbbuild??
