Build 200408231800

1) Open wizard Java Project with Existing Sources
2) Browse Source packages folder
3) ERROR:
It should remember last used directory - now it
starts in home.

4) Select a directory
5) Browse Test packages folder
6) ERROR
It should open at parent of source packages folder
 - now it starts in home.

UI spec silent on this.

It was fixed in NetBeans 4.1.
It is duplicate of some DEFACT reported by Karel Zikmund, but I cannot find it.

Verified, it's already fixed and part of UI specs.
