First of all, I must say that it happens me only
after startup ide till I don't open desired DTD
file in editor.

Reproduction:
=============
1) Take SampleProject-XML from:
http://xml.netbeans.org/qa/testspecs/promo-d/download/SampleProject-XML.zip
2) start ide
3) open SampleProject-XML
4) in Project TAB, right click on node:
SampleProject-XML|Source Packages|sample|adress
and choose "Check DTD"

nothing is written in OutputWindow nor in status line.

it doesn't writte anything till you don't open the file in editor.
Then it starts to writte to OutputWindow.
In fact, immediately after you open any (DTD) file in editor it flush
(I would say) the last result of Checked DTD document (might be
different from which you've opened in editor)

Comment 2 dmladek 2004-08-19 14:47:45 UTC
hey, see issue #44187

neither it's not fixed for DTD type of documents nor it's regression.
And this bug is a DUP of that issue #44187

Then P2 will be appropriate
Comment 3 dmladek 2004-08-19 15:02:42 UTC
yes, definitely it is a dup of mentioned issue
