Open OB, select some package, then another, repeat (switching between
two packages is sufficient).
Every package selection take twice the time the former selection
taken.

Only on JDK1.3, both Win & Solaris

Verified in build 1099 and 31.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
