Problem on handling double-byte chinese word
1. cannot display correctly. e.g "xxxxx" (where xxx is double-byte word), you will see the
xxxx excess the second quote " in the editor.
2. Exception when compile a source code contains double-byte, e.g StyleConstants.setFontFamily( normalAttribute, "²Ó©úÅé");

I think this bug is obsoleted now, isn't it? If not, please give me instructions
how to reproduce it and what I should install - I have no knowledge about
chisene characters.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
