running on x86
  Java; VM; Vendor      = 1.5.0-beta3; Java
HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0-beta3-b6
2; Sun Microsystems Inc.

Steps:
1. Register new versioning directory with VSS
profile. Check "Get Lastest Version". 

After getting the latest version exception is
thrown. File "modules.xml" cannot be found. So
when the repository doesn't contain this file
exception happens.
