040730, b60, Ocean. This option (-C to cvs update)
now seems to have the mnemonic 'R', which does not
work: that is already taken by "Keyword
Substitution". It used to be 'C' which worked
fine, why was it changed?

Actually there happened something strange. All mnemonics has changed
to "r"! It looks like the keyword for loading the message from
resource bundle is not in effect for mnemonics.
