Custom 040729, b60, Ocean.

It seems that the Down arrow key does not work for
me in the property sheet to move down rows, not in
the component inspector nor in the property sheet
for a file. Up works fine, as does Page Up and
Page Down.

I saw it today, but I can't reproduce it ....

Fixed.  I'd added some code to make the quick find popup respond to up/down to select 
the next match, but it was always enabled.

works for me in 4.2 20050706. verified.
