simply open file created in form editor, e.g. one of clocks from examples

[PBUZEK] after opening form the code is regenerated, form is marked as modified only if the code is different from what was saved in .java file. This may happen for example when some properties that w
ere not serialized and they have different values after opening form so that different code is generated.
Such props are e.g. form size policy (#4829 - already fixed).
