Steps:
(Have some versioned directory with CVS profile) 
1. Switch to Versioning tab of explorer and double
click on some revision.

Nothing happens. The revision should show up in
the editor.

When double-click is made on workfile (in
Versioning tab)this file should be opened for editing.

Double-click is doing expand. It should be changed to "View" action.

ViewAction set as preferred. Fixed in trunk:
