Currently everybody can name project, department
or testtype anyhow and result of this is mess on
main web page. I would suggest to create list of
allowed project names (and departments and
testtypes) and check all incoming results. Check
can be added to
org.netbeans.xtest.pe.xmlbeans.XTestResultsReport.isValid()
