NetBeans IDE 200406151800 on java 1.4.2_04

1, Toggle line breakpoint
2, Invoke *Customize* on the breakpoint, set
Suspend to none
3, Run the applicatin in debugger => you see no
output the breakpoint was reached, because the
print text for the breakpoint is by default empty.
This is confusing for novice users and anoying for
advanced users, that they have to enter some text
there.

Fixed in the main trunk.
