Build 200406061800

1) The texts in combo box "J2EE Specification
Level" are not fully visible. You can see only
"J2EE ..." instead of "J2EE 1.4"

2) Description (label & edit area) should be
aligned to the left as other components are.

It's JDK 1.5 specific. Reproducible only on WinXP.
Win2000 & JDS are OK.
