Only refactoring rename is allowed on folders in
Files and Favorites view, but it doesn't work
there - refac. rename dialog says: Cannot rename
this type of object. ...

Would you shed some light to this. I think it's really bad if user
cannot rename folder in Files and Favorites view - increasing to P1,
basic functionality doesn't work and it's regression.
