Description vbrabant 2004-05-17 16:29:06 UTC
Current version: 200405161800, JDK 1.4.2
I have two different java files opened in the Editor.
The first one contains an error at line 24, the
second ones has no error at all.
But in both editor the error annotation appears on
line 24, with the same tooltip. Even when the
second file is well actif.
Comment 1 Miloslav Metelka 2004-05-20 10:18:36 UTC
Is it random or you are able to reproduce the problem consistently.
If you can reproduce, could you please check whether it's a problem
just with the java error annotations or with all the annotations by
e.g. toggling a bookmark by Ctrl+F2? Thanks.
Comment 2 vbrabant 2004-05-20 12:59:13 UTC
It seems to be random.
But it has been reproduced more than one time.
That's the reason I introduced the problem.

If problem occurs anew, I will add a bookmark, and maybe a //todo
comment at the end of the sentence, to see if TODO module has the same
problem.
Then, I suppose it would facilitate your search.

Sorry that I have no steps to be able to reproduce it 100%.

This could be java module problem, very similar to issue #42691
Reassigning for evaluation. Reassign back if I am wrong.
Comment 5 Martin Matula 2004-07-26 14:46:35 UTC
This should no longer occur. Please reopen if it still happens in the
recent builds.
