Build 040505

I invoked  New -> Java Class action on the package
node in explorer and got an attached exception.

Seems the issue is not the exception itself. The issue is that on some
machines the old "New" menu (instead of "New file..." menu item)
appears. Then it of course does not work. The problem is we cannot
reproduce it on our machines. We will need to check this with the
buildsystem folks and investigate it further. I am lowering the
priority since there is a workaround for this task, which is to use
File->New file... item in main menu.
