NB 200404261800, JDK1.4.2.

The attached IllegalArgumentException exception
occurred during the start-up, and than after each
action. The IDE seems unusable for me.

It works for me (same IDE, JDK, only difference is OS=Linux)

BTW: do you use empty userdir ?
