To Reproduce:
1. Install multilanguage version of NetBeans 3.6
on Solaris sparc machine under zh_CN.GB18030 locale
2. Run runide.sh
3. tools -> options -> Code Document -> Doclet ->
Standard Doclet -> Linkoffine -> the window popup,
but it's too small to see and input. Please see
attached test3.gif.

Note: it happends to some other areas.

This issue is no more valid in promo-D. Javadoc generation is now part
of the new build system. Attached dialog is not present in promo-D.

Closing. This issue is obsolete, no such dialog in curent builds (~5.0).
