When the IDE detects old version user dir,
"Confirm Import Settings" dialog appears.

But Yes/No buttons on the dialog 
are not localizable.

Closed, in current version (NetBeans 4.2 Build 200507110943) when the IDE detecs
old version userdir, it doesn't show any dialog.
