Delete action is permanently disabled on table
columns. It is happening only for DB2 database on
Linux.

Tested in build 200403312136, JDK1.4.2_02, DB2 8.1.

My fault. It behaves the same way on all platforms. DB2 doesn't allow
to delete a column.
