At startup, there's a big annoying refresh of
the whole IDE

Is this a JDK bug?

I am not sure what John means. Is it about warmup that runs once the
IDE is started?

If this is duplicate, then it should be marked as duplicate I think.
Why do you need to have this special duplication?

i still don't understand. we don't need to increase amount of issues
by keeping two same issues opened. So I'm closing as duplicate.
IMO you can easily track the duplicate issue.
If you really need this issue opened then reopen but explain your
reasons please.
