[NetBeans 3.6 RC2, JDK 1.4.2_04]

Steps to reproduce:
1) Save toolbar configuration - View | Toolbars |
Save Configuration
2) Open View | Toolbars 
Configuration Standard is selected instead of
newly saved configuration.

We will probably solve this issue by removing toolbar configs from UI
:-) Seriously, we believe this "feature" is overkill and close to
useless. See main task 50287.
