I have created a JAR recipe. Later, I want to 
change the Location. I edit the properties, 
select the new location. The recipe porperties 
are still showing the old value. This seems to a 
general problem in editing properties. For 
example, I see the same issue in editing 
bundles. Sometime changes, some times not.

When I add a new Jar recipe, It does not show up 
in the Project Explorer. File is there. I tried 
refresh, still does not show up. I did recreate 
everthing from scratch.

Reproduced the issue with not storing value of Location property
easilly with 3.6rc2
 

As for the other issue, I created a jar-target in the project explorer
and it is shown correctly. If created directly on a filesystem, than
it is not shown in the explorer.
