Proxy Host and Port text field are no more than 2-
3 pixels wide.
I've open the Proxy Configuration dialog from 
Automatic Update Check dialog just after first 
launch of NB3.6b (after import of 3.5 settings).

closing as duplicate.

Claudio, do you know in what circumstances it happens ? It happend
only when running IDE with ReflectionX program for me. If you have a
test case when it happens often or always it'd help. Please comment in
the duplicate issue #33855. Thanx.
