1. Open HTML Page in JAR
2. Close IDE but leave the page open
3. Restart IDE


The HTML browser is opened but the page will be empty.

[Dafe] - Hanz, I think this is duplicate of what you already fixed.
[Dafe] - Cannot reproduce, may be it is obsoleted now

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verify.
