[200401261900, WinXP L&F] 
It seems that IDE uses different icon for folder
in Explorer (nicer) and different icon for folder
in Mounting dialogs. See screenshots.

I think that visual impression is as important as functionality. And
if WinXP L&F is supposed to be something nice and brand new it
shouldn't contain such mistakes.

Mounting is gone in 4.0.  Possibly you might want to file something against the java 
module to change the package template icon, though.
