When you add a driver (Runtime -> Databases ->
Drivers -> Add Driver ...), a node is added under
the Drivers node. All properties in property sheet
of the node are disabled. Some of them should be
editable.

Tested in build 200401261900.

"Customize" action was created on driver node to allow to customize
the driver registration. This action opens the driver registration
dialog and the user can modify any property. Properties in the
property window are still read only. We decided to prefer customize
action because property window is hidden by default so it is easier
for the user to find and use custumize action. Agreed by UI.
