if I do following
1) view on html object
2) close the view
3) cut the html
4) paste to another folder
5) view on html object

the error message appears - html object is located at its old location

there is probably problem with ViewCookie ...

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
