Petr, what do you mean by "disabling" a web module? We don't have such
user action.

Open Options dialog from tools menu. The modules groups are in the Ide
configuration->System modules. The exception was thrown when the web
group was disabled.

I did not get his exception (the code that was throwing it was
changed) but when the web module is disabled some data objects remain
recognized and non functional.
