A warning is printed out when you install XTest
version 1.3.9 from NetBeans Update Center Alpha to
build 200401111900.

of inline CDATA text contents in <file
name="org-netbeans-modules-xtest-nb-junit-javadoc.xml">
deprecated for performance and charset safety at
jar:file:/D:/Development/builds/nbUserdir-20040113073020/modules/xtest.jar!/org/netbeans/modules/xtest/layer.xml:34.
Please use the 'url' attribute instead, or the
file attribute 'originalFile' on *.shadow files
(with IDE/1 > 2.23).
